Notice how, when you click on a link in the swf, it refreshes the page. This is a problem. The buttons within the SWF are a movie clip that, when each respective button is pressed, will go to a frame that deletes that button and displays a graphic. Essentially, when you click on “Contact,” you are not only transfered to the “Contact” page, but the “Contact” button stays red instead of bouncing back up.
I’ve been told (I’m new to CSS) that you can use CSS to define set image placement that will be consistent across pages. I know that what I’m asking is somehow possible because I see pages like this all the time. Even if it’s not CSS, how can I get the embedded flash to anchor itself and only update the content below it on button press, without using crapoliciousness like frames?
Thanks!
