CSS Quirks - Props to making life more difficult!

My CSS seems to slightly render differently in both FFox and IE. Though not by much, these differences are annoying.

URL: Template

Can anyone tell me why the center column - The dark green div <div id=“tertiary_center_col”> surrounds the image and content in IE (with what seems like 2 px padding), yet almost does not stretch far enough in FFox?

CSS:Template CSS

Also, out to the right of the bullets in the content area (beneath the product image area) are 4 icons. They seem to shift down in FFox, yet are positioned correctly in IE. Also, the bullets in general seem to shift down in FFox?

CSS quirks!

Thanks in advance -
