is there any way to make a custom counter cause i have a stickdeath site and i would like to make my counter go along with the whole theme well thank you for any help i get

well i just want to know like the actionscript or soomething i just wanna make a counter that has like blood dripping off it 
But ull need to use sum server side scipting language
