I need a custom php form.
It must send info to an email address as usual - however, if the user does not fill in a particular field such as the telephone number, it goes to a page that says, “are you sure you don’t want to enter your phone number” … and if they do, it keeps the info they already entered and adds the phone number and sends the data. If they don’t want to enter the #, they click continue and it sends the info he/she entered on the previous page.
