Coding is handled by my partner (I do only design) and price is $20 for homepage and $15 for every sub page based on the same design.

Payment: Paypal, Bank Transfer
*Terms: payment after you accept design, or, if you need coding as well, 1st payment after accepting design, 2nd payment after coding is done. *
Turnaround: 1-3 days, depends how complex design is.
