Customer needs to update pages

I’ve been asked to do a website for a furniture shop - nothing flashy, just quite simple. Whilst thier product range is fairly small, they do need the facility to be able to change some text and and pictures from time to time.

I’m fairly new to html sites, having learnt how to do websites with Flash. Is there an easy way to do this? I beleive they have a modicum of technical knowledge, but I obviously don’t want them messing around with the pages in Dreamweaver!

I know with Flash you can load taxt dynamically from external .txt files - can I do something similar with Dreamweaver, or is there a lovely little programme around that will allow them to alter things?

Thanks DDD, but can you be a wee bit more specific? I went to have a look at the behaviours to try and do this, but couldn’t find anything to help! But then, I’m not quite sure what I’m looking for…

Do I need to create a recordset and database? And then how would they update? Would they be able to do it through a webpage or would it be database based.

Sorry if I sound a little ignorant, but it’s really something I’m yet to get my head around!
