www.siteflip.com is what i use, not free, but very very good and very very cheap. the customer service is spectacular as well.
Actually a perfect webhost can be a free one…like www.madsims.net — Awesome, exact thing you get for paying except you don’t pay.
Go to the hosting and then order the free one and they will give u one within 48 hours.
