Hi folks,
I was hired on to update a clients website who uses Yahoo Store. They wanted an easier way to update their website, so I’m setting them up with the latest version of Mambo CMS.
I’ve uploaded and gotten to the Database Configuration page. It’s asking for the hostname, which I’ve read is ‘mysql’ by default, database name, and then the username/password swell as the table details. I read that the database name also was defaulted to ‘mysql’ though when inputting the information above I’m denied.
To correct this manually I tried to install phpMyAdmin via Yahoo interface install. Even after reinstalling several times, even to new directories, I’m merely shown a blank screen with the website name and a link to the Yahoo Web Hosting Control Panel.
If anyone could lend some insight it’d be appreciated. I’ve been at this for a few days now on and off with little luck.
