Does anyone have experience developing Flash animation for television? I’m designing an animation that displays the features of my companies new website. It’s going to be displayed on a 42" plasma at tradeshows. We’re using screenshots of the actual site. The biggest issue is the quality of the screenshots being displayed. My stage is set-up at 720 x 486px. I’m not sure if it should be larger for the tv format. Basically, the screenshots look great when left at they’re original capture size, but when they’re scaled down in both Photoshop and Flash, the quality goes to the dumpster! Should i make my Flash stage larger to accomodate the original screenshots? Another issue if I did that would be, if the movie was played on smaller screens then, would the quality be **** again cause the screenshots are reduced again? I’ve gone cross-eyed!
