Hey all, this may have already been covered, is there a way via flash, java, whatever, to detected bandwidth, then send the user to your desired site??

Well the problem with that is of course the users cache. You can always have let’s say and image that is preloaded in flash, from there you can somewhat detect the users download speed. Depending on what that speed is, send them to your desired location.
I would aviod it personally
