I’m trying to make something that will allow me to detect what version of flash a person is using, or if they’re using it at all…
and if they are using anything less than flash 8, or not at all. I than want it to be able to replace a certain part of my HTML (My navbar is flash, so if they do not have flash I want to be able to make it display a list). I’m guessing this would be done using a combination of flash and JavaScript.
any tutorial or code snippets would be very useful, and greatly appreciated.
