Hi! I’m trying to develop a drawing interface in flash for our voting awareness program. I want to simulate a voting interface system wherein voters will shade a circle in order to vote. Now I want to achieve this effect:
A marker pen instead of a mouse arrow be used for drawing.
That certain area or “circle” will be filled.
I have encountered several tutorials but it never specified a mouse assigned or an area designation.
If possible, please post a step by step guide 'cause I GET LOST EASILY…
