Dialog box

Hello all

I use an example to save data to your local PC, an example is taken from here: http://henryjones.us/articles/using-the-as3-jpeg-encoder

if FireFox works all fine, in IE and Opera opening additional window/tab depending on the browser, and only after that a dialog box for save, how to not to open an additional window / tab, and immediately open a dialog box
