Hey i am new to flash i tried displaying external text with a dynamic text box with a variable example1. for the script it’s loadvariablesnum (“example1.txt”, 0);
i opened up notepad and and saved the text example1. But that doesn’t work i went back and put loadvariablesnum (“c:example1.txt”,0); that works but my question is how will that work once i put up a site on the web? and the .txt has to be saved under program files, macromedia flash if it’s saved somewhere else it’s not displayed? any help could be appriciated a lot!
