Distorted text with scrollbar

I have set up a dynamic text box with a scrollbar component, but the text looks very distorted when I view my video but it looks fine before I preview it. I have the following options set:

mulitline
selectable
font size = 8

It’s not a matter of using Anti-aliasing or not because it still looks distorted when I try the alias text option.

Is there any reason why this would happen?  Please help!

what font are you using?

Well, I am using a font called Serpentine. I just noticed the font looks ugly with dynamic and looks fine with static. So what’s going on?

i’m guessing since you have it set to a font size of 8 that it is a pixel font? in that case, is it looking blurry? an swf of what you are doing would help
