DIV with Form problem entering data in IE

Hi,

I have a form that is in a div that is not allowing me to enter data into it in IE. It works in FF, but not IE. I have tried the Z-INDEX and VISIBILITY:HIDDEN with no success. Is there another method to make this form work in IE?
