It’ll let you create your own sondtracks from the PS2 GTA:SA DVD and export them in WAV format. Then you can MP3-encode them with LAME or your favourite encoder. You can even choose all the soundbites as well.
I’m looking forward to hearing Playback or Bounce in the car tomorrow…
