Do ever use stops but this time I can´t

Hi beta
For sure I do use stop actions whenever I can , but in this case I can´t because some movie clips have a goto performing a looping on a language selection screen ;
After the introduction scene another scene is loaded where 3 Movie clips will be running by the time visitors stay there until press some button ;
