Does anyone know how this is done?

I am trying to create a photo gallery where the main pic is shown above and below it there are 4 thumbnails. Below the thumbnails there are numbers indicating the page number eg 1, 2, 3.
Each number when clicked shows a new set of 4 thumbnails. On either side of the page numbers there is an arrow left or right when clicked would also take you to the next set of 4 thumbnails and so on.

Does anyone know where i can get this from please or how it is made?
