Hi! Does anyone know how to create an electric charge effect like on http://www.broadcom.com? This effect is on the black chip that’s to the right of the “Welcome to Broadcom” sign.

That site was done by 2advanced studios. MY only guess as how they did that is probably with a mask overtop of a white chip looking thing. Everything else is just keyframed.
that is something you will just have too play with and figure out on your own.
