hi there. this is probably a very simple question… sorry! 
anyway, I have an standalone flash projector file, running from a CD-rom. on the CD-rom I also have a .pdf file. I want to create a link where the user can download this file to the desktop. surely there’s a better way of accessing the file rather than using getURL? hopefully because getURL is causing sporadic crashing of my movie!
anyone got any suggestions?
