Downloading sounds

anyone know of a site where I can download soundbytes so I can use them in a site, also, whats the best program to edit sound files? Thanks in advance

I get most of my sounds from www.flashkit.com

As for sound editor, no clue, I don’t own one.

as advised by tha great dan tha man Cool Edit Pro is tha best prog to edit sounds…I now use it to fully edit all mp3 and sound files for flash and other things (annoying intro’s on mp3’s i hate…DELETE)
