Drag and Drop interaction help!

Hi was looking for some advice on an activity i am trying to create within my website.

I am wanting to have all the skateboard parts on one side, and have the user drag and drop them into place on the other side and it snaps into place if its right.

I was wondering what is the best way to go about this? does anyone have any code already written out thats similar?

I have found tutorials similar to this but they usually have a target area dedicated (like a box) but i want my target area to be invisible as the pieces of the skateboard overlap. I want users 2 be able to place the board in the middle then attach the wheels etc. but no colour changes or anything! it just snaps into place if correct!

hi thanks for the reply! i want something liek this, but in the “target part” i dont want anything there as im putting a skateboard together, so i want it to appear the user is putting together the skateboard. i.e the wheels to the axles and axles to the board.
