Drag with rotation and tweening [renamed]

I’m trying to replicate a similar effect as used on http://www.1-18-08.com/

I’m new to the startDrag function and I’m not sure how to get it to work (rotation etc). I’m also new to tweening. I think it’d be a great tutorial dealing with it all.
