Hi! Flash draws borders centered on the edge of shapes.
Is there an AS3 way to draw a border all inside a shape? I’ve got an image gallery and I’d like to create a rollover effect with a 4px border growing inside the thumbs. I can do it via timeline, but I’d like to do it via AS.
