Drop Down Menu Help

I’m pretty sure im missing a step or have overlooked somthing but I canno’t get my drop down menu to link to the next scene in my flash game (CS2) just when I click it, it disappears. Can somone give me some help/advice on how to fix this problem of linking two scenes using the dropdown menu.
