Is it possible to add a drop shadow to text using CSS or a stroke around text using CSS?

Nope it’s not possible to do dropshadow with just CSS. You can have two instances of the same text, and position the second one below the first one (slightly to the right and below) and give it a dark colour. It’ll look like a shadow.
wel I think there is a IE filter. but that only works in IE. I normally use a image in the bgrd and text over it.
