I have an mc called “flower”, which is an animation of a flower being drawn using a mask.
I am trying to create a pattern which extends to the right, so when “flower” ends, I would like it to automatically create a “flower1” and begins the animation again, this time 50 pixels to the right. I would like this to occur about 15 times, and then stop creating new flower instances.
I have failed several times trying to use duplicatemovieclip using this tutorial. The closest I have come was to get 15 movie clips to duplicate to the right of the first flower instance, but they started at the same time and their position did not change.
I have searched this forum and actionscript.org, but I cannot find anything to help me. Could anyone assist me? Thank you!
