DVD Video Into Flash?

I’m not sure what forum this goes in, so if this needs to be moved, please move it.

Here’s my mission…

I have a website that I’m doing for a client who runs a small production company. He paid someone about 4 months ago to cut a DVD for him. Its a promotional tool for his company. The DVD kicks major *** (very well edited) and the content is good too. Anyway…

I need to get the DVD video/audio from the DVD to some usable medium that I can work with in flash.

I have DVD Shrink, DVD DeCrypter, and WIndows Media Encoder. I also have After Effects and Premier. But… the best way I’ve found to do this was to take the video from DVD Shrink (telling it what frames I want), export it to a file folder on my Hard Drive and then encode the .VOB file with Windows Media Encoder. The only problem there is that when played in windows media player (after the file has been encoded to a .wmv) it seems as if 3/4 of the frames are missing. all of the audio is there, but the video is VERY VERY CHOPPY.

Does anyone have this perfected?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
