hi probably this is a newbie question but here it goes
can someone tell me how do i know the size of a jpeg image before i load it into a mc ? the point is that I’d like to make a preload for each dynamic image i load

You can find out in Windows Explorer, if you’re using Windows. Right click on the image and click on properties (or just left click on the image and hold Alt+Enter) and it should say there.
Another way is to go to View>Details.
