Dynamic menu

I want to do xml driven horizontal menu. No sub menus. Basicly I want to make basic ‘on(rollOver) - on(rollout)’ buttons and be able to change amount of buttons and title in the buttons. And the idea is that someone who doesent have flash could be able to customize the menu. I’ve googled for so long and still havnt found the right tutorial. There was one but it had all of those submenus and advanced crap in it, the color changed onRollOver and the code was so pro that i didnt have the skills to customize it. So please someone, at least link me a better tutorial.
