i’m a total newb to excel, and i just wanted to know, is there a way to create text (or “labels” as i think they’re refered to in excel) which are dynamic? for example, lets say i wanted a collumn of labels to say “px[#]=”, with the # representing the row (so A1 would be “px[1]=”, A2 would be “px[2]=”,etc)
i want to create a library of constants in Flash for this game i’m working on, constants which will be determined by different algorithms, and i’m thinking of computing these constants in excel (so i can easily alter the algorithms) and then cut+paste my spreadsheet into my actionscript. plus i want to become profficient in excel so i can throw it on my resume, and this would be a nice little experience building exercise
