hi there,
i am making a flash site for a friend of mine. nothing spectacular just a few sections advertising his business with a few bits of cute animation thrown in. My question is for 1 or 2 of the sections to be updatable by him with news and anouncements etc. ( the rest will be remain the same.) Is there a simple way of loading text from an external file into a dynamic text box in a movie clip. Someone mentioned xml but it this the easiest way?
any help would be great.
