Dynamically Loaded, Resizing, Fading Photo Gallery!

Okay, I followed this tutorial: http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/photogallery.htm and managed to complete it fine, but my photo’s are all different sizes. Also, they all appear with their top-left corner in the center of the page. Is there any way I can align these to the center? It would also be nice if I could add some resizing / fading code, but that is not neccessary.
