How to create a moving object look more elastic, not just uing easing?

How the object moves or the object itself?
If you want the movement to be more elastic like when it wants to go to point B it over-compansates and has to head back and forth a couple of times. This is mathematically rep’ed by spring pendulums with a damping coefficient.
Look up math for pendulums with friction/dampening and for spring math, including spring constants.
