I have a website up and running with an email/contact form that 'id love to get working by this weekend!

Does anyone know how to programme the contacts box so i get the messages sent straight to my email address (oneandabit@gmail.com)? The site is live now (though the portfolio is EMPTY, haha) and I desperately need it working. Ive heard this is something to do with PHP? Can I script it within flash?
