Email form

I am trying to make a email form in Flash MX with 6 fields. The form would go directly to someone: someone@whaterver.com .

THere are the 6 fields with there var:

1-Name var “name”
2- Lastname var “lastname”
3- Phone Number var “tel”
4- Procedures var “procedures”
5- Comments var “comments”
6- email address var “email”

I tought to use ASP but not sure the server is setup for it.

Any help would be great! Thanks!
