hi. i’m bringing text in from an xml file and:
textField.html = true;
textField.htmlText = myText;
i use html tags in my xml file and it works great. however, as soon as i set embedFonts to true, i lose it. how can i get around this?
in addition, i have another text field that i am loading xml data into. via actionscript, i attach the movie (which has a text field in it with html turned on), and set myText.htmlText = my variable. but in this case it’s still not showing up. there is no issue with embed fonts here. i’m pulling my hair out with this. anyone have any ideas?
