Embedding big video in flash projector file

hey guys, i’m creating a flash projector file sort of similar to a dvd menu. when the user clicks a button i want to load a fairly large video with audio into the page. i figured file size wont be so much of an issue since all the files will be stored on a cd but i’m wondering what you all think would be the best way to do this. flash says that it doesnt recommend embedding large video files because of audio sync issues…are there any workarounds for this?
