Enabling Pop-ups?

Hey all,
I have a bit of a dilemma on my hands…
I downloaded an anti - birus program as I had the E-Klez?? virus.
IT’S A HELL OF A KILLER, but it’s gone now so don’t worry.
The problem is I think it has disabled my pop-ups so when I was doing Kirupa’s tut on a centered pop-up window, nothing would happen.
Is there a way that I can re-enable pop-ups, as it is also causing me problems creating javaScript pop-ups with Dreamweaver, I can still create them, but there is obviously no way to test them…
How can I sort this out.?

Try this

Internet Explorer

  1. Go to the Tools menu.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Click on the Security tab.
  4. In the Security tab, select Custom Level.
  5. Scroll down until you see Active Scripting.
  6. Click the Enable radio button.
  7. Click OK twice.

Netscape

  1. Go to the Edit menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click on Advanced.
  4. Check the box marked Enable JavaScript.
    Click OK.

Thanks, but they were already enabled, the wierd thing is that I still get those stupid MSN Messenger pop-up ads, but testing pop-ups for myself don’t work???
