Entry Level Web Designer Job Discription - Seen one I could use?

I’m getting prepared to do some highering maybe and i need to make a job discription. I going to be looking for a entry level web designer and i was wondering if any one had seen any good job discription write ups i could use as a base to make one for my position. Flash ( with AS), Photoshop, and HTML are all requirments.
