Error opening URL

I’m new to flash and trying to figure out some actionscript. I keep getting an error when i try to preview my movie

"Error opening URL “file:///C|/DOCUME%7E1/bear/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/Rar%24DI01.136/locations.swf”

any ideas on what to do??
