Just wondering what everyones thoughts are on this…
I have found a GREAT site. Uses xml and Flash to showcase a graphics portfolio.
Is it totally uncool to want to replicate the site and once repliated - change it to ones personal needs? (Changing the site so it looks quite different) But using the programming elements of using xml that makes images easy to update, and also using programming that ensures quick loading etc.
I’d like to do this for my own personal site (not for business or anything). I am basically doing this as a hobby. I wanted to ask questions on this forum about how to go about it. But I don’t want to if this is totally unrespected!!
