Hey I downloaded this event calendar

The problem I’m having is viewing the events. The events appear the swf’s but when you view them on the pages they don’t work.
I have it setup in this folder boston.leakmob.com/events
They appear in the admin version but the calendar is here boston.leakmob.com and it doesn’t appear there? any idea why?
