Is there anyone out there with more than 5 years experience in the design field?
I know there are people here that have plenty experience in the developing side, but what about the design side…

How does someone surmount the office politics and get the projects that help your portfolio?
And what is the best way to do free work and not have your work stolen.
I am thinking contracts but what else is there?
