Exported videos = 100 Mb, help!

I have an swf which is 5 minutes. When I export it as a video, the mov/avi-file becomes nearly 100 Mb large.

How can I compress it and keep the quality of the movie? The movie = black background, with some text that fades in and out.

Please help!
