I’m trying to Export to an .mov file from flash 8, so that I can Import it and “progressively download it from a web server” to make the file play better (and the same) on each computer. When I play it straight from the .swf file, the sound is completely off depending on the computer i play it on.
My issue is that when I Publish and create an .mov file, then try to Import that same file back into flash…nothing works. Just a blank screen. What could this be caused by? I can view the .mov file perfectly when I open it (though the timing is still off, but that’s a whole other frame rate problem that I have to deal with).
If anyone could lend some advice, I’d appreciate it.
