Exporting movie on frame x

Hi,

I am having a problem with the smoothness of my animation. I think it is because I have loads of addChilds on the first frame.

What is the best way to appoach this?

Also what do the other 2 options do and can they help

  • export for runtime sharing
    -export on first frame
