I just started learning AS 3.0, and have a pretty basic understanding of the basics lol, What I would like to know is if anybody can help me out or point me to a tutorial to create the following in AS 3.0?

I can load external text files as well as scroll them, but I have no idea how to approach this. All help appreciated, maybe we can turn this into a tutorial for other newbies.
