External movie stream / buffer?

Hello all,

Does anybody know of any tutorials or source files that show how to make a movie buffer/stream.

In other words I need an external movie to start playing before the percentage has reached 100%. So the movie starts playing at say 20%, and whilst the movie is being played the rest of it is still loading. A good example is http://www.loantoolbox.com/flash/exclusive.html
